TRCAA v4.0.0: Open-Core Licensing and a New Marketing Site

What's new in v4.0.0

TRCAA's core triage loop — 5-Whys AI triage, offline Ollama support, RCA and post-mortem generation, and PII sanitization — remains MIT-licensed and free forever.

On top of that core, v4.0.0 introduces three paid tiers:

• Pro ($125/seat/yr, or $250/seat one-time perpetual): cloud AI providers, database investigation tooling, Kubernetes and Proxmox management, and integrations.
• Team ($100/seat/yr, 5-seat minimum): shared audit trail, team-wide history, agentic shell actions, and an admin console.
• Enterprise: air-gapped licensing, SSO, priority support, and compliance documentation.

Licensing runs on a self-hosted Keygen instance, supporting both online (network-validated, 72h grace period) and offline (signed certificate, fully air-gapped) license types.
